Please speak to your Tenancy Officer before getting a pet. Pets are allowed in some properties but not all. You must check if you can keep a pet and obtain permission in writing. Depending on the type of pet, a pet bond of $120 may be required. Trained guide dogs and hearing dogs do not require a pet bond to be paid.
The pet bond will be used specifically for fumigation of the property when you move out.
