Our 2025 Resident Survey is now open! We run this survey each year because we are committed to improving our services and understanding what matters most to our customers.
You can complete the survey online or on paper. All residents will receive a SMS, email or letter which includes your unique login details and instructions.

To encourage as many residents as possible to participate, there are two prize draws. Complete your survey by Monday 8 December to enter the $750 early bird prize draw. All surveys received by the closing date of Monday 22 December will also go into the draw to win 1 of 20 × $100 gift vouchers.
The survey is delivered and managed by the Community Housing Industry Association (CHIA NSW), an independent peak body that works with community housing providers across Australia. All surveys go directly to CHIA NSW, and responses are anonymous. Housing Choices Australia receives grouped results only, which help identify what is working well and where we can improve.
The survey asks about your experiences with us around maintenance and repairs, communication, resident involvement, your neighbourhood and overall satisfaction. Your feedback guides our service improvements and contributes to national benchmarking across the community housing sector.
