From Wednesday 25 February 2026, Housing Choices is launching a new Contact Centre and updated contact details. This change will help us respond faster, provide consistent service, and make it easier for you to get the support you need.

What’s changing? 

For all general, tenancy and maintenance related enquiries you can now reach us using:

  • One phone number
  • One email address
  • New digital options: SMS and WhatsApp. Live Chat service via our website will also be available soon. 

All enquiries are handled by the same Contact Centre team and logged in one central system. This means you won’t need to repeat your details, and our experienced Customer Service Officers, working from Housing Choices offices, can assist you faster and more efficiently.

Having a single team and system also helps us provide more consistent service and better understand your needs over time.

Residents will also receive a fridge magnet and a flyer with these new details in the latest copy of the Home Stories.

Transition period

Our old contact methods will remain active for a short time to ensure a smooth transition. Over time, the new details will replace our maintenance hotlines, local numbers, and emails.
