Housing Choices Australia advises that CEO David Fisher has brought forward his previously announced departure from the organisation, for the same personal reasons outlined earlier this year.
David has led the organisation with professionalism and commitment over the past two years, and the Board thanks him for his significant contribution to delivering more homes and improved outcomes for residents across the country.
To ensure a smooth leadership transition, the Board is pleased to announce that former CEO Michael Lennon has agreed to temporarily return to the organisation as Interim CEO. Michael brings deep sector expertise and a long-standing commitment to Housing Choices’ mission, having previously led the organisation through a period of strong growth and impact.
The Board has commenced a thorough search process to appoint a permanent CEO and looks forward to updating stakeholders in due course.
