Common Ground, delivered by Housing Choices Australia, is a permanent supportive housing program providing safe, long-term homes and wrap-around support to people experiencing persistent homelessness and complex needs. The Common Ground Impact Reports provide key insights into resident outcomes, key achievements and the positive difference the Housing First approach is making in people’s lives.
Catherine House
Catherine House provides accommodation and support services for women over the age of 18, unaccompanied by children, who are experiencing homelessness in South Australia and has been a member of the Housing Choices Group of Companies since January 2021. Catherine House’s latest Impact Report highlights the outcomes and achievements for the women supported throughout 2024.
