Lynne is an experienced executive leader with expertise in legal, governance and risk management. Lynne has worked in a variety of sectors, including property development and construction, and her experience spans ASX listed and private multinational organisations, as well as top tier law firms. For decades Lynne has volunteered her time and expertise as a director on Boards in the not-for-profit sector.
Lynne is recognised as a trusted adviser to Boards and Executives, valued for her sound judgment and decision-making, commercial and strategic focus and stakeholder management skills. She is passionate about building collaborative, engaged and high-performing teams and developing strong and constructive working relationships to drive improvement and deliver successful outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Melbourne.
