Jesse Agbinya
Acting Chief Financial Officer
Jesse steps into the role after serving as Director of Finance since September 2024, where he has led all Finance functions across the Group, including financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, payroll, finance operations, commercial modelling and financial regulatory compliance. He has played a key leadership role in strengthening HCA’s financial management, supporting major transformation programs and uplifting long-term planning and analytics capability.
Jesse is an experienced finance executive and Chartered Accountant who has held senior roles across financial services, health and infrastructure. Before joining Housing Choices, he was Head of Finance and CFO at the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), and previously held senior positions at Bupa, Tandem, nbnCo, Lendlease and Deloitte.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to building high-performing teams, Jesse brings a strong focus on financial stewardship, commercial insight and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
He also serves as Treasurer and Non-Executive Director at Eating Disorder Victoria.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Hons) from Western Sydney University and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
