Interim Executive Group Director - Business Strategy and Corporate Services
James is a Registered Architect and the Director of Property Development at Housing Choices Australia. Working with award-winning architects, consultants, construction and developer partners, James has overseen the expansion of Housing Choices’ residential portfolio into one of the most innovative and diverse portfolios of affordable housing in Australia, across five states. His dedication to good and sustainable design, that meets the need of residents and their communities, has led to a range of enduring partnerships for Housing Choices, as well as architectural and design awards.
He has previously worked in the delivery of indigenous housing in remote communities and is passionate about the inclusion of residents and communities in the design and delivery of projects.
In his current role as Interim Executive Group Director – Business Strategy and Corporate Services, James leads a newly formed Executive portfolio to deliver more connected and focused corporate support across the organisation.
