She has a proven track record of leading transformation in resident services and landlord performance, with a reputation for delivering strong, resident-focused outcomes across complex housing organisations. Hannah has held senior roles in organisations of varying scale, including one of the UK’s largest housing providers managing more than 60,000 homes.
Her work has been recognised with a Women in Housing Award (UK), acknowledging her energy, leadership, and commitment to improving outcomes for service users.
