Housing Choices Australia Group (Housing Choices) is an independent, national, not-for-profit housing provider that delivers high quality, accessible and affordable housing for people who struggle to find a suitable home in Australia’s challenging private rental market.
We work with residents, government agencies, support service partners and community organisations to deliver good housing particularly suitable for people living on low incomes, and those living with a disability. We also work to create resilient, inclusive neighbourhoods across all our properties, providing residents with access to support services that will improve their health and wellbeing, and to opportunities that will improve their life circumstances.
We are one of the largest community housing providers in Australia, with operations in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and Western Australia. We currently own and/or manage more than 7,000 properties, accommodate over 8500 tenants, with assets nearing $900 million, annual revenue of over $70 million and more than 200 staff members across five states.

Access Housing is one of Western Australia’s largest Community Housing providers, with nearly 2,000 homes across the Perth, Peel and South West regions under management. Urban Choices Property is our commercially operated, not-for-profit property management and real estate agency with high level expertise in property management, sales and NRAS compliance.
Urban Choices currently manages over 350 properties in and around Melbourne and has grown by 30% since commencing operations in April 2016. While Urban Choices is a not-for-profit organisation, our business services are designed to generate a profit—profit that is invested directly into social and affordable housing projects and related initiatives.
Offering competitive and ethical solutions for property investors, both Urban Choices and Housing Choices exist to provide a broad range of sustainable housing solutions to meet the housing needs of vulnerable Australians, particularly those on low incomes and those living with a disability. This allows our clients to have a direct positive social impact by appointing Urban Choices as their Property Manager.
